Wellness Strength Training
Strength training is an important part of your weekly workout because combined with a well-balanced eating program, building muscle is the healthiest & fastest way to reduce body fat. The benefits of lean muscle mass for women gives her body strong, shapely curves and keeps a woman looking young and vibrant at any age.

Strength training exercises will elevate your resting metabolic rate that is used by fat free/lean muscle mass remaining apparent for 4-6 hours following an exercise session.

Strength training should be included in your weekly workout 2-3 times per week with proper warm-up, cool down and stretching exercises.

We will teach you to add variety to your workouts by using weights, stability balls, BOSU balance trainer, bands, medicine balls and much more. Let us design a fitness program for you and it will help you have stronger bones, muscles, and it will make your day-to-day activities (i.e., groceries, walking, stairs etc…) must easier to do.

Wellness on the Rideau Yoga Class

Private Yoga Services – Learn to stretch, balance, strengthen and breathe…during a peaceful Hatha Yoga session at your own pace.
We also offer partner Hatha Yoga (2 people)  Enjoy summer classes
by the water in the fresh air.
