Since 1998, Wellness on the Rideau has offered a wide variety of one-on-one personal fitness and lifestyle management programs for women. We specialize in enhancing physical activity and developing your physical management skills. Discover the pleasures of an active and healthy lifestyle. Our exclusive studio is every woman’s solution to physical fitness and inner well being. Personal training programs are available to meet your fitness goals and fit your budget along with a proper nutritional plan. We also offer private yoga sessions (or with a partner) and this will help you stretch, strengthen and balance the body leaving you feeling very relaxed.
